（巴生2日讯）巴生广东会馆五条路华人义山遭毗邻印裔义山霸佔部分土地用来兴建住家、兴都庙及埋葬印裔往生者，巴生广东会馆义山小组强调不接受雪州政府提出的解决方案，即把被霸佔的地段割让给印度义山。

义山小组主任黄万财表示，巴生五条路广东义山一块位于印裔火化场后面的土地被印裔义山霸佔，印裔义山管理人更在该地兴建一间兴都庙及一间小木屋给庙祝居住，屋旁周围还埋了10多座印裔坟墓。

他指出，义山小组于今年2月接获州政府来函，指示理事到雪州政府大厦进行协商，以解决2个义山争地风波。「当时，雪州政府向我们提出一个解决方案，即要我们把被霸佔的土地，割让给印度义山，面积约半英亩。」



他是週日晚在巴生广东义山庆祝133週年暨春祭平安晚宴致词时，强调义东义山小组绝不会就此妥协，必将捍卫到底。
