GOB’s share price had been in the doldrums for more than two years since the fourth quarter (4Q) of 2017.
Like its peers in the property sector, GOB shares are relatively undervalued based on its asset values. GOB’s net asset was at 62 sen per share. Its properties as at March 31 2019 carried a total net book value of RM302.72 million.
According to the group’s latest annual report, GOB had about 500 acres (202.34ha) of land bank for development, including those under joint ventures, while having total unbilled sales of about RM655 million as at March 31 2019. The land held for property development stood at RM269.11 million in the quarter under review.
To recap in Nov 2019 it was reported that the funeral service provider Xiao En group MD Datuk Frank Choo Chuo Siong has been accumulating shares in GOB since July 2019. Choo has 4.93 million shares direct stake, on top of his indirect interest of 7.93% or 40.98 million shares.
As at June 30 2020 GOB’s cash pile stood at RM106.517 million and secured borrowings of RM201.131 million.

股票投资－－最重要是能够睡得着
其中之一就是坚忍不拔的精神，股票投资，胜败是兵家常事，那些经不起失败考验，股市大跌时变得垂头丧气，甚至神经兮兮的人，不大可能在股市投资成功。
如果采取投机的概念，在股市中抢进杀出，企图快速致富的话，最后必然焦头烂额。
不要全部资金投入股票内。
